ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We will process your orders upon confirmation of funds received within 3 working days. Your order should reach you within three to 14 days thereafter depending on the courier service you choose at check out.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment via 2 gateways namely, Shopify Payments and PayPal. For Paypal, you may use your Paypal account or credit/debit card for payment. For Shopify Payments, most credit/debit cards are accepted. We also accept payment via corporate PayNow or Bank Transfer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we do allow an exchange of the product. Please give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us via our Facebook/ Whatsapp Messenger (connected through the website) or email us at sales@zeus-empire.com. Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in good condition with the original tags intact and in its original packaging, in undamaged and unopened condition. For exchange, you will have to return the goods to our boutique at 2 Kallang Avenue, #06-08, S(339407). Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be allowed. No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
PREORDER POLICY
Preorders are open for our new-arrival items during a stipulated timeframe. Basically, it gives a heads-up on our upcoming new arrivals & guarantees you a piece! Arrival time for different items differs and are usually stated under the individual items. Normally the waiting time is 2 - 4 weeks. For preorder items, there will strictly be no cash refunds. You will be notified once the items arrive and are processed for delivery.
